This Shipping & Delivery Policy (Policy) is part of the Terms and Conditions governing the use of D-SHOPP platform. By placing an order through D-SHOPP, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein.
D-SHOPP (Dynamic Powering Shop)
D-SHOPP is a next-generation e-commerce platform to empower Buyers, Sellers, and Drivers through technology-driven operations. Unlike traditional systems, D-SHOPP emphasizes a regional first commerce model, enabling efficient, sustainable, and community-driven transactions.
DRO (D-SHOPP Regional Operation)
DRO is the operational framework of D-SHOPP prioritizing commerce within a defined twenty (20) mile radius. It ensures that:
Buyers see local products first.
Sellers can efficiently reach customers within their (DRO) region.
Drivers are automatically dispatched to fulfill deliveries within that (DRO) zone.
DPdrop (D-Shopp Drop)
DPdrop (pronounced DeepDrop) is the official driver application of D-SHOPP and the core delivery mechanism of DRO, enabling same-day and near-instant delivery by connecting Buyers and Sellers with the nearest available driver in DRO zone.
2. DRO Regional Commerce Framework
Local Priority Principle
All Buyers will first see products available within their twenty (20) mile DRO zone before listings from outside the region.
Automatic Dispatch
Orders placed within the DRO zone will trigger automatic dispatch to the nearest DPdrop Driver.
Community Support
DRO strengthens regional economies by promoting local-first shopping and minimizing the environmental impact of long-distance shipping.
3. Standard & Expedited Shipping (Non-DRO Orders)
Processing Time
Orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following payment confirmation.
Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery is three (3) to five (5) business days for domestic orders and seven (7) to twenty-one (21) business days for international orders.
Expedited Delivery
Orders can be delivered within two (2) to five (5) business days, subject to additional fees.
Carriers
D-SHOPP partners with recognized carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email or through the D-SHOPP platform.
4. DPdrop – Same-Day Regional Delivery
Service Scope
DPdrop is available exclusively in active DRO regions during designated hours (05:00 AM – 10:00 PM local time).
Delivery Options
Express Delivery: Within one (1) to two (2) hours for eligible categories such as Apparel & Fashion: T-shirts, jeans, dresses, jackets, shoes, hats, and accessories.
Electronics & Tech: Smartphones, headphones, chargers, small gadgets, and related accessories.
Home & Lifestyle Products: Small appliances, home décor, bedding, kitchenware, and cleaning essentials.
Personal Care & Wellness: Skincare products, cosmetics, hygiene products, haircare, and health-related essentials.
Groceries & Everyday Essentials: Packaged foods, beverages, snacks, pantry staples, cleaning supplies, and household consumables.
Books & Stationery: Books, office supplies, notebooks, and school materials.
Specialty Goods: Select regional/local products, depending on vendor availability within your area.
Scheduled Delivery: One (1) to two (2) hour delivery windows, scheduled up to twenty-four (24) hours in advance.
Fees
Fees start at $2.99 and may vary based on order size, delivery distance, and demand.
Tracking
Buyers may track DPdrop deliveries in real-time, with live driver updates.
Restrictions
DPdrop cannot deliver:
Alcohol, tobacco, firearms, and hazardous materials without valid ID verification.
Oversized or non-compliant goods may be excluded from DPdrop services.
Perishables
Perishable and temperature-sensitive goods must be packed using approved packaging. DPdrop Drivers will prioritize immediate delivery for such items.
Responsibilities
Buyer Responsibilities
Provide accurate delivery information.
Ensure availability to receive the order.
Verify the condition of delivered goods upon receipt.
Seller Responsibilities
Prepare orders promptly and according to DRO pickup requirements.
Use appropriate packaging, especially for perishable or fragile goods.
Cooperate with DPdrop Drivers for timely handoff.
Driver Responsibilities
Fulfill deliveries safely and promptly, following D-SHOPP’s operational standards.
Handle products with care and professionalism.
Comply with local traffic and safety regulations.
Failed Deliveries & Returns
Incorrect Address
Buyers are responsible for reshipment costs due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
After reasonable delivery attempts, orders may be returned to the Seller or D-SHOPP facilities, with associated costs possibly applying.
Refunds/Redelivery
Refunds or redeliveries for DPdrop orders are subject to investigation and compliance with our Return Policy.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
Delays
D-SHOPP shall not be liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, customs, strikes, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond its control.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss transfers to the Buyer once delivery is completed at the provided address.
Independent Contractors
DPdrop Drivers operate as independent contractors under the DRO framework. While D-SHOPP monitors compliance, we disclaim liability for negligence, misconduct, or unlawful acts by Drivers, except where required by law.
